Membership
-Daria put a note on the list re: membership on 1/12/10
-Michael would like to find someone new to do membership
-Activity from December meeting is down a lot
-Only in-kind sponsor-member is Lost Coast. Chambers are trade.
-Michael and Tiffany to do next round
-Look at un-renewed list at next board meeting (Feb.), track people down
-Recruit/nominate new members, lists from Daria et al to Monica
-Nominators to contact their people, check back next month
-Everyone submit two people as new members
-Mary: Go through members from last year?
-Daria: Wait til next board meeting, then we’ll see who hasn’t yet renewed
-Daria to re-send list of these folks to board

Calendar 2010
-Broadband forum doesn’t have a date, yet
-Michael talked to Gregg Foster, and doesn’t think March
-Move tech award nomination to October
-Daria: Next month (February) discuss scholarship essay topics

Lunch in February
-Daria: last year was first Monday… not this time
-Mary: Film Commission event tentatively scheduled for Saturday before Valentine’s Day, Feb. 13 @ ??
-Complementary RTC event to follow?
-tie in viral marketing
-Robert Gluxman to do more presenting?
-Daria: Thursday, March 11th 11am-1pm (Eureka) @ CR
-Discount for students
-Free parking for the day, per Steve (if at CR)
-Mary to suggest ideas, maybe CR connection w/ digital media
-comfortable for 40-50 people, A/V possible, internet connectivity

Board Roles 2010
-Daria: Been on for 4 years, stepping down off board at end of April
-Need new president in place by then
-Min. 3 members, Max. 7 members
-Board to decide on new member roles for start in April
-Daria gone next month, Mary to run meeting

Headwaters Grant
-Daria: RTC got Headwaters grant a few years ago
-They want feedback now
-Bob thinks we already gave them report, want 2nd follow-up?
-Bob doing response, will run it by the board, first
-Done by the end of the month
