12/4/2006 - FCC Chairman Kevin J. Martin delivered remarks at Georgetown
University McDonough School of Business's Center for Business and Public
Policy on November 30, 2006. Martin said that during his tenure as Chairman,
the Commission has worked hard to create a regulatory environment that

Internet have grown over 400% since he became Commissioner in July 2001.
