Greetings, friends.

I sure didn't mean to start a fuss.  When I first posted questions asking
for info on employment, services, etc., I began the first ones with
"Forgive me if this this is inappropriate, but...".  There were no
objections, so I took that to mean it was OK.  I received many, many
replies with lots of info and encouragement and I corresponded with those
list members offline.  I felt a strong sense of community developing.  So,
when we finally arrived, after many, many delays, I thought it appropriate
to let everyone know.  That's all.

Thanks again to all who offered info and support.  We used the Vet
recommendations tonight and it was a great relief to have a list of
reputable Vets to draw from.  It turned out not to be serious, but being
able to find a good Vet at 8:00 PM and be back at home feeling relieved at
10:00 PM is invaluable.

Thanks again, and now that we're here, I doubt that I'll have any reason
to post anything that might be outside the scope of this list.
