Thanks for the invitation. I'll take some time to write a brief description 
of how it affected my business as we work almost exclusively with clients 
outside of this region.

However, I think one point that might be worth addressing is that I believe 
this initially made SuddenLink look pretty bad to a lot of us yesterday as 
we simultaneously lost Internet connectivity AND couldn't even reach them by 
phone. I was fuming at SuddenLink yesterday, but after reading the Times 
Standard this morning I understood that it was well beyond their sphere of 
influence. I only say this as I think a lot of us have been on pins and 
needles since Cox sold us to them, but really they have been ok.
