[RTC List] computer literate person for home bases business

Hello all-  newer emil member here, not met any of you at any events 
yet.  I need help in finding help for my active, growing online 
business.

Have tried ads in paper, and college kids, but that does not bring me 
the  person I need.

I  AM looking to locate a local  business-minded person to  assist me 
in my online book store.

  I need to find a person with book selling or retail experience,  good 
online skills using email, etc to work part time in  processing and 
shipping orders.

I am putting out the word  now to find a  person  for 2-3 hours a day- 
3-4 times a week job,  with possible  work from THEIR home or small biz 
location.

Paid by  work shift, not by hour,  with bonus at month end for sales 
volume handled.

A  Mature person ( no teens)  who has another part time, or full time 
job considered.   Retirees,   or boomer looking for  stimulating work

College students have not worked out before due to lack of maturity, 
reliability.

THE BASICS.

I  get 5-10+ orders a day- everyday.    Book , Video, DVD Orders need 
to be processed and packed for delivery  within 48 hours of receipt, so 
working late afternoons ( 3-7 pm), eve 6-9 pm  and Weekends  can also 
work OK with me. Prefer 10-2 type of arrangement, but am  very flexible

I am creating  a full book room/book/dvd store   in my on-site 14 x 20 
studio building, and will have the person work there, not inside my 
home.

Computer, high speed hook up, printer, all work station needs will be 
there so person can work independently after training I provide.

hope this OK to post, I  know the  perfect person  who wants this type 
of income/activity is out there.
