[RTC List] Moving to Humboldt County

Please forgive me if this post is inappropriate here.  If so, I will not 
post similar content again.

I am an I.T. professional in Cincinnati, OH.  My wife and I are moving 
to the Eureka area on Nov. 1.  I subscribe to the Eureka Times-Standard 
and have been watching the help wanted ads for quite some time and am 
concerned about my prospects for finding work.  There are very few I.T. 
jobs in the paper.

My skills, in order of strength, are:  IBM mainframe systems programming 
(VSE/ESA); COBOL programming; Unix system administration (Solaris and 
AIX); Windows Server 2003 system administration.  I am studying towards 
earning the Microsoft MCSA (and ultimately MCSE) certification.

If anyone has any feedback regarding finding I.T. work in the area, or 
comments on my skill set (should I be focusing on something other than 
MCSA?), I would be very grateful to hear from you.
