[RTC List] Moving to Humboldt County

Please forgive me if this post is inappropriate here.  If so, I will not
post similar content again.

As I said before, I am an I.T. professional in Cincinnati, OH.  My wife 
and I are moving to HC in a couple of weeks.  Besides needing to find 
work, we need to find some basic services, such as:

ISP
Cell phone service
An RV park to live in for a while
Good restaurants for:
(1) seafood (2) Mexican food (3) Japanese food (4)Italian Food
A good place for coffee
A nice (not fancy) place for a drink

Any insights on these would be appreciated.  We always prefer to support 
local businesses.
