I know this isn't something that we generally do, but since I know 
how hard it is to find suitable housing up here I thought that with 
some "social networking" I could get the word out that I have a nice 
1 bedroom apartment available in rural Trinidad for rent as of Nov. 
1st.  I'm mailing to this list because I know there are lots of 
home-based businesses and tele-workers here and included in the rent 
is broadband Wi-Fi and cable.  It's very rare to have a rental out 
where we are (our last tenant has been here for 6 years!) and I know 
that word-of-mouth has been the most reliable way to find tenants.

Price: $750 month + $750 deposit
Utilities: Electric included in rent, propane (for stove & heating) you pay
Amenities: Includes cable TV, wireless broadband Internet, small yard 
& use of sauna.
References required (past landlord or employer).
