[RTC List] Moving to Humboldt County

I have "a friend" that grew up in a cow town. But, still a redneck, he moved out and to Arcata, and has mellowed substantially over the years. Now, if anything, his neck is a little on the pink side.

What's the official sentiment on fun stuff on this list? Is it supposed to be only down-to-business stuff, or are occasional forays into off-topic humor considered OK?
