[RTC List] Tech jobs in Humboldt

Well, let's see...  all of sudden somebody says something here after  
almost no usage of the list for months, and along comes a lot of  
discussion.  Discussion is good, but let's review - is the purpose of  
this RTC mail list ONLY for announcements - and there can only be  
discussion or replies by private e-mail?  I'm not sure if that is the  
protocol here, on this particular list, since this is not a universal  
rule for all mail-lists or listserves.  However, this also raises the  
question as to where we might have a place for working online  
discussions of various subjects.  I would assume in TalkTalk on the  
Website, but that does not have an option for sending e-mail.  Is  
this all correct?
