RE: To the person who suggested setting up a bulletin
board or the like, I too can help out with that if there's an interest.
I think this may be referring to my offer to set up and host a forum. I
could do that if there is an interest. This is the first post I've seen
expressing interest.
I could do this as a 3rd party ( e.g. URL would be a bit different and page
design would have to be a little different for the purpose) if I get a "go
ahead" from the board.
As I am a self described "Microsoft whore", it will run on ASP.NET, but I
hope that is not a concern.
I'd be happy to do if the board say's "do it".
All the best,
-- Sean

Subject: Re: [RTC List] e-mail clutter
My own $0.02 -- I joined the list as I've recently moved to the area
and was hoping to be clued in on what's up on the area tech scene, so
the banter over the past few days has been interesting and
informative. I like it!
OTOH, I can see why others might not want the discussion in their
inbox. If this does all end up being decidedly off-topic I'd welcome
a pointer to any equivalent local discussion groups, etc.
I would bring this up at the meeting but I'm in SF for some meetings
today/tomorrow. To the person who suggested setting up a bulletin
board or the like, I too can help out with that if there's an interest.
Anyway, hope tonight goes good!
cheers
