[RTC List] Redwood Tech Changes?

I¹m not responding for the board, just myself. The board has not discussed
this yet.
When the specs were drawn for the new site Tech Talk (the forum) was not
included in the initial rollout. The previous forum was seldom used. The
new site is built on Drupal which does have some forum modules associated
with it and we felt we could add a forum of some sort if it was desired. I
can look in to what it would take to install and configure that module in
case a forum is really desired.
