[RTC List] A Gentle Reminder

I would like to remind those members of our community who operate small 
businesses of one very important fact, and I would like to do this as 
gently as possible.

Your only real advantage over your large corporate competitors is in the 
quality of your customer service.  A cheerful, helpful,  knowledgeable, 
and patient service rep can compensate for otherwise limited and 
expensive services that might induce customers to go elsewhere.  Enough 
said.
