[RTC List] Unstable Suddenlink service?

Rick and Paula Golightly on Arthur Road (Dow's Prairie) reported similar 
problems today.  I'm on Chaffin off Baird, also Dow's Prairie, and 
haven't seen this particular problem (thank heavens!)
