[RTC List] Unstable Suddenlink service?

We've not had any issues here, but we're using an old SurfBoard ( SB3100 ) I've had for at least 7-9 years now. Originally got it from CoxCable ( Santa Barbara ), but it's still working perfectly with SuddenLink up in here ( Eureka ) for us.

All the best,

Rick and Paula Golightly on Arthur Road (Dow's Prairie) reported similar problems today. I'm on Chaffin off Baird, also Dow's Prairie, and haven't seen this particular problem (thank heavens!)

    Hi all

My Suddenlink cable modem service has been cutting in and out for most of the past week. Wondering whether it's something in my setup or whether it's a broader issue (so I know whether I need to take steps to fix it, since it is disruptive to my business).

    Thanks
