[RTC List] Unstable Suddenlink service?

DSL is not available in some of the areas that Suddenlink's cable
service is (for example here in Dow's Prairie). I am told AT&T plan to
extend their DSL service but here (Box 38) the equipment upgrade needed
is not currently scheduled (or wasn't a few months ago). So while I
don't know Pat's location, there are many people in the area who can get
only cable, in addition of course to the many people in Humboldt County
who can't get either.
