[RTC List] Unstable Suddenlink service?

Hi Jeremy

As noted in my original posting, I wanted to get some input from list
members before contacting Suddenlink. I've now done this, and so I sent them
a tech support message last night.

So far today, I haven't had any outages on the service, of course ...

If/when I hear anything from them that's relevant to list members, I'll post
again.
