[RTC List] Unstable Suddenlink service?

I mentioned some friends on Arthur Road who were having this problem.  
They have attempted to call Suddenlink about the problem.  Attempted is 
probably the correct word given multiple attempts.  When they finally 
did contact someone, the reaction was "oh, there are multiple fix 
tickets for your area and nothing seems to have been done.  Why don't 
you call back in a day or two if the problem isn't fixed".  (That's my 
recollection of what I was told they were told.)  Their reaction was 
"how can we call back if you never answer your calls or take us off 
hold" as they had spent a fair amount of their lifespan on hold trying 
to report the problem in the first place.)

My own experience with Suddenlink telephone support is that it is 
somewhat worse than sticking pins in a voodoo doll.  But then with 
voodoo (I'm informed) you have to know your target, and there sure is no 
target with Suddenlink's phone support.
