I agree. Suddenlink's call center is disconnected from
Humboldt. If you want results, call their local office,
(707)268-5380, press 0 and ask to speak to a technician.

Let's put this another way:  there doesn't seem to be any
accountability in Suddenlink's telephone help / reporting
/ problem resolution system -- and when you talk to them
(if and when you succeed) there doesn't seem to be any
understanding that there ought to be.

I've been in IT for 40+ years, everything from a user to
a manager of a major data center, and this is the worst
example I have ever encountered of customer support.
Based on my own experiences of calling Suddenlink
support, NOT reports from others.
