[RTC List] Please use correct email address

The discussion on the list is great. But as the moderator of the list, I
request you send email to the list from the address you are subscribed. In
the last couple days there have been several posts from people who are
clearly subscribers but they are using the wrong email address to send the
message. Whenever this happens the message goes in to a moderation queue. I
get an email stating that a message has been posted from  a non-subscriber.
I then have to go the administration tool and approve the message (or delete
it if it¹s not legitimate).

In addition to the inconvenience to me, it will delay your message getting
delivered to the list until I have the time to attend to the moderation.
