[RTC List] Unstable Suddenlink service?

Matt, I have the same problem and got the same results - except I got 
through to the 877 number once and was told that they are only open 
during normal business hours!  Just posted an angry recount of what I 
went through when I saw your post.

Your neighbor must be lucky enough to have DSL? Don't quite see how you 
got out on their service otherwise. 

I'm on Dow's Prairie - where are you?  Unclear how far this problem is 
spread - and of course we can't ask Suddenlink, not that they will ever 
answer those questions anyhow.
