[RTC List] Suddenlink Service Outage

Again, my Suddenlink internet SERVICE????? was down.
It was down when I began trying Sunday, 4-15-07 around AM.
It finally came back on line around 11 AM.
I spent the entire time troubleshooting my setup to no avail.
Now that it is back up, I see all of the continuing emails about the lousy
service, which seems to be getting worse.
I live on Humboldt Hill, and from the various emails, it seems that the
outage was widespread!
It is clear that there are serious problems with Suddenlink internet
in-capability as well as their customer non-service, despite their beautiful
ads about how RELIABLE??? their service is.
I am willing to join what ever revolution is necessary to call them on their
total lack of service and response.
When I have been able to talk to a human at Suddenlink, I find that I am
talking to TEXAS.
I know that RTC has some pretty influential members. What can we do?
