Not to be a nudge or anything but... Obviously SuddenLink is having problems. Is this an emotional support group for SuddenLink customers? Perhaps Bob can set up a special mailing list for SuddenLink complaints. Anyway, perhaps all you frustrated SuddenLinkers should switch services. Just a thought... C
