[RTC List] Suddenlink Service Outage

In my email complaint (DSL connection, courtesy Sacred Grounds), I
suggested that Suddenlink shouldn't even *think* of charging us (all of
us who were affected) full price for this month's terrible, terrible
service. My first step in the "revolution" is simply to demand that
Suddenlink knock something off the bill. I'm thinking 1/2 price. And if
these problems continue, then - since I have the option - I'm thinking
DSL. I am certainly willing to join in lodging a group complaint,
especially as so many here *don't* have a second option for broadband.
