[RTC List] Suddenlink problems

  I am not a techie, so please forgive if this posting is not relevant: I was having trouble with my cell phone company and was not able to resolve the matter in many calls to their service representatives. I wrote the company a letter with a cc to the Federal Communications Commission. The FCC contacted the cell phone company (I was assigned a case number). A special representative at the cell phone company contacted me and straightened out the mess quickly and efficiently. I was also able to reach him later for follow-up. 
   
  My problem was with unapproved changes of contract, not with technical problems, but it might be worth a try to enlist help from the FCC, whether regarding customer service or unexplained interruptions of or problems with technical service.
