[RTC List] Suddenlink problems

As I was one of the people who expressed my unhappiness with Suddenlink 
and their customer service organization, it's only fair to point out 
that locally they have some extremely good people, and I'm not knocking 
them.  Some but not all came over from Cox.  They really seem dedicated 
to providing a quality product (and mostly are as frustrated as we are 
by the customer service organization, I suspect).

The mystery is why nothing seems to happen with that customer service 
organization and why dealing with the order processing, etc., is 
error-prone, in addition to the level of reliability and the number of 
mysterious oddities like the intermittent service reported recently by 
some folks.

Perhaps our recording of problems might serve of value to the locals in 
making a case to corporate that things really do have to improve.  At 
least I hope so.
