Hi everyone. I can see from the responses I have been getting that some more info would be helpful. 

This is an official tax-exempt nonprofit organization, with the official name and address:
IBM-HUMBOLDT USERS GROUP INC
PO BOX 6721
EUREKA, CA 95502

While it may somehow have been associated with HSU, it is its own organization and probably has no legal ties to HSU.
