[RTC List] Suddenlink woes continue today

You can reply to the list. Just hit 'reply all'. Even though the sender's
email and the list email will be included in the To field, the list is set
not to send duplicates. So, you, Michael, should only receive one message,
though I hit reply all. If that's not the case, let me know. This is to make
it easier for someone to actually reply only to the sender, rather than to
the whole list.
