[RTC List] Condolences; ENOUGH!

As original poster, I declare this thread /end.

With no intention of adding fuel to the fire, I will say that I very 
much regret posting what I did.  Not because it caused a controversy; I 
expected a handful of "This doesn't belong here" replies, but because of 
some of the remarks that were made *about* a fellow RTC member in a 
public forum.  I hope that Dr. Humble does not subscribe to this list so 
he won't read the remarks directed towards him personally, but they're 
there, preserved and available for a long, long time on our list server.

Bottom Line:  I wrote to relay news about a fellow member.  There was no 
call for donations to a cause.

Frankly, I'm embarrassed by this discourse.  If anyone has anything else 
to say about it, PLEASE direct your replies to me at 
tim.f.mueller at gmail.com and NOT to the listserv.

BTW, I am NOT from Pennsylvania.
