Hi, This is Scott Joachim of C4i Security (www.c4isecurity.com). We were
the company that successfully installed and integrated the Digital Rio Dell
Project, City of Arcata Plaza and Community Center, and the Arcata Airport.

Currently, we are working on such a network that would set up wireless mesh
communities using the specified devices. Also, we have already began to
deploy the regional backbone for enabling these wireless mesh communities.
We are open to anyone that would like to participate in builiding out the
wireless co-op for the North County.

We have built-in redundancy intot he system by using from multiple providers
including AT&T, Huges,a nd 101Net Link. We are looking for investors and
people who are willing to assit in building a community woreless network.

If you're interested in particiapting, please feel free to contact us by
phone or email.

Universal access is a right, not a privledge.

Best regards,

Scott Joachim
