[RTC List] RTC scholarship

As many of you know, RTC gives out a scholarship every year for a
graduating HS senior who plans to attend HSU or CR. This year will be in
the amount of $1500. The RTC board is soliciting ideas for the essay -
it's time to get a new topic. We want at least a 500 word essay and will
run it as a Tech Beat in the Times-Standard. Please send any suggestions
