[RTC List] Local Telecom Outage

We at The Ink People had no internet until about 4:40 PM yesterday. After
numerous calls during the day to AT&T, our DSL provider, we finally found
out that there was some kind of power outage somewhere in the country that
affected the server for our DSL. Doesn't make perfect sense to me, but I'm
not a tech person.
