[RTC List] Moving a business account from Cox to Suddenlink

My business email account currently uses smarthost.coxmail.com as the
outgoing SMTP server. I've been trying since November of last year to get an
answer from Suddenlink on changing this configuration to a Suddenlink
server. I get the support autoresponder email and then total silence kicks
in. I'm beginning to wonder why I'm paying $69 a month for a
(theoretically?) higher level of service ...
Anyone have any ideas for getting some kind of response from Suddenlink on
this?
