[RTC List] Suddenlink account transfer update

Hi all
 
A quick note to thank those who responded with suggestions on transferring
my business account from Cox to Suddenlink. All has been resolved, and
special thanks are due to Mark Geiger and Dwight Bedwell of Suddenlink.
Dwight was so concerned about getting things right that he came out to my
house to make sure everything was working OK, so he gets an extra gold star!
 
Appreciative though I am of the service I received, I still have to say that
this doesn't seem to be the most cost-effective or scalable way to manage
the transition.
