[RTC List] The Arcata Outage explained this AM in Times-Standard

 The Internet outage may have been limited to Arcata. I ran my DSL 
off a UPS in McKinleyville with no problem at 8 p.m. The bigger 
question for me is why this area of Arcata and McK seems to have (I'm 
guessing) six to twelve outages a year (two brief ones last month), 
especially considering that Mad River Community Hospital lies in the 
affected region. Is it bad luck, aging equipment or ?
