[RTC List] Outage outrage

I keep www.snowcrest.net (out of Mt Shasta) as my travel or "backup" 
dial-up ISP for when Suddenlink's cable service conks out.   Yesterday, 
Snowcrest's local number for Eureka was unable to connect to their 
servers, and until late afternoon I couldn't dial in to their Redding 
number either (a toll-call, of course).  From then until the cable came 
back up, my ability to connect by dialing Redding was only intermittent. 
So I did notice, though my needs didn't happen to be urgent yesterday.
