Or what's up with the earlier-reported initiative to use PG&E's already 
existent power line right(s)-of-way between Humboldt and Shasta 
counties?   Would have to be much more straight-line and direct, with 
the poles, towers, and land already in place.  Or would their fees be 
prohibitive (whatever "prohibitive" means when we're talking about the 
north coast's economy)?
