If you know anything about group dynamics and procedures, specifically the
RTC decision-making process, this is an issue which needs to go before the
board and then to the general membership for discussion and formal action.
 Submit a proposal to the board and request that they bring it before the
general membership at the next meeting.  This can be a discussion topic on
the website as well, but let's not get into pros and cons in this forum. 
That's my 2 cents worth...
