[RTC List] I would like to know

I agree with what you stated Larry, and that seems like that would  
stand to be protocol for our RTC organization.  What I'm not sure  
about though is the part below.  True, the List is certainly NOT the  
place for arguments on pros and cons, but where do you mean when you  
say "on the website".  Last I checked the RTC BBS discussion site was  
dismantled last year.   (BTW - just FYI - including the List - as an  
old "HCAOG-CAC hack hand, and transportation person" I will be on the  
new US 101 Corridor Committee forming next Monday night).
