[RTC List] College of the Redwoods is looking for qualified CIS associate faculty

Dear RTC members,

 

The Information Sciences department is looking for associate faculty to
teach Computer Information Sciences courses at College of the Redwoods
in Eureka. Qualified candidates will have a Bachelor's degree and two
years of IT-related experience, an Associates degree and six years
experience, or a Masters degree in any discipline. In order to be
considered, a candidate will need to demonstrate the ability to teach
courses from an introductory level through our advanced courses
involving programming and networking.

 

We are increasingly offering online courses to our students, which makes
it easier for associate faculty to juggle teaching and other
professional and personal obligations.

 

I have had careers in both the corporate and entrepreneurial worlds. I
can tell you first hand that teaching, for me, trumps them both. It is a
very rewarding experience.
