[RTC List] AT&T agreed to provide affordable DSL

Just over a year ago AT&T grudgingly agreed to a pair of consumer 
friendly concessions in order to win Federal Communications Commission 
approval to take over its telecom cousin, BellSouth Corp...

Just wondering, has anyone on the Redwood Coast succeeded in subscribing 
to either of these affordable DSL services?

Perhaps we should check with the CPUC?
