[RTC List] Renaissance Computing is looking for a new Tech

Renaissance Computing is looking for a full-time (32 - 40 hours/week)
computer technician.

 

Basic duties would include:

 

Providing excellent phone support

Troubleshooting both PC software and hardware issues

Building new desktop PCs

Some computer delivery and on-site work

Basic networking knowledge

Support on Windows XP and Vista operating systems and PC applications

 

While computer technical skills are very important, good communication
skills and customer service are an absolute must.  Also, since there is some
delivery and on-site work involved, applicant must have own vehicle.
