[RTC List] Municipal wireless and community broadband

Speaking of public involvement in muni broadband projects, seems it's been
over a year since Access Humboldt sponsored an event to bring broadband
wireless to our County Library.  The event was deemed a big "success", with
adequate funds raised for the project.  What's happened?  Last time I was
there, the library was less than wireless.
