[RTC List] Suddenlink

I just got off the phone with Suddenlink support. Their take is that 
there is a router problem upstream and they're investigating. No ETA or 
clear idea as to whose problem it is.

I've been getting crappy service for about a week. I'm going to give it 
a few more days then think hard about going back to SBC. DSL top speeds 
are slower but the network was always ultra reliable.
