[RTC List] Suddenlink

their problems with 20%-50% packet loss out of humboldt county this morning
seem to originate at the "next hop" in sanjose with their own piece of
equipment:
s208-180-36-65.snjs.ca.sta.suddenlink.net

above.net (which they use once the packets have hit suddenlink's lufkin
texas facility) looks to be having problems also this morning but those may
be cascading problems related to their san jose problem.
