Aloha Folks who care about ARRA broadband stimulus efforts  -

NTIA sent their BTOP quarterly status report to Congress: "The current
goal is to issue a second NOFA before the end of 2009 and a third in
the spring of 2010, each preceded by a Request for Information (RFI)
soliciting public comment on any suggested modifications to future
NOFAs." . . .
