[RTC List] Regional stimulus grants meeting

A couple of things for everyone to review regarding regional broadband  
stimulus efforts:

A meeting was held on Tuesday at the Humboldt Area Foundation to  
discuss the outcome of the first round of ARRA funding for broadband  
stimulus.  I have attached the minutes that I took and Kathy Moxon  
edited from that meeting.
Attached is a summary matrix of projects submitted for funding.  I  
learned from Kathy today that Broadband Associates did NOT include  
fiber (or any other broadband services) for Hwy. 96 in their proposal.

A project management system has been started on Bootcamp by Kathy to  
manage info on these projects.  Anyone can join - request ID and  
password from Kathy at kathym at hafoundation.org
We should be organizing another Broadband Forum to discuss these  
matters further later this Fall.
