The issue here really is that you're trying to solicit technical support
from people who can't help you. It matters not what your neighbor
thinks, nor what random list participants think or stories anyone has to
circulate to you. You need to follow up personally to see if your issue
is you, or if there really is a 'system' issue that your provider knows
about and is working on. Without asking this authority, I'm afraid all
you're doing to guessing.
