[RTC List] Broadband speeds and stability for streaming video?

While I generally agree with getting it from the horses mouth, in this 
case he did call them and they gave him bum information.  Also I don't 
think the list was a bad place to start.  It hopefully gives him more 
ammo in future talks with SuddenLink; I know lists have helped me 
dealing with them and other providers.
