I just ran the Speakeasy speed tests at 19:00 Tuesday 24 March 2009, for
what they are worth. At 7:00 p.m. on a Tuesday evening I'm seeing 7281
kbps = 910 KBytes/second download, and 511 kpbs = 63.8 KBytes/second
upload. This is approximately the same and perhaps a little lower (5%)
than the last tests I ran before the the stated OC48 upgrade.

Having said that, I cannot guarantee my previous tests ran at the same
time and date. Given the variability, results are about 90% of
Suddenlink's offer of 8 Mbps (which I've never seen) download.
